Welcome to our new website and blog!

Bibi’s Cafe opened on the 8th of April 2010. I called the cafe ‘Bibi’s’, in fond memory of my grandmother, who was a wonderful baker and inspired me from a young age. I went to Ballymaloe when I finished school and this was what really ignited my passion for food and cooking. I have always wanted to open my own cafe and when the opportunity arose to open a joint venture with my sister, Petria, we knew instantly that it was the right decision.
So, here we are!! Amy, the cafe manager and I will be updating the blog (whenever we get a spare minute!) with lots of interesting recipes, facts, discussions and also news from the cafe. We look forward to hearing your thoughts and suggestions.
